How old are you guys? Where do you rehearse? How often? Do you plan to gig?  I myself am a keyboard player - but I do have a couple of really good classical violinists - close to me - who do have electric violins hiding in their closets as they hardly have had the occasion to pull them out -although l know they would so love to play non-classical stuff. You can reach me at PleasingKeys@aol.com  Thanx!

Well, if against all odds there are any out here on LI, and you happen to be into creating some original rock/prog/fusion music, then please give me a holler.
I'm a guitarist...I have a drummer...I have access to a real good bass player. I could really dig composing and playing unison and harmonized lines/melodies/motifs with an electric violinist as well as violin solos being an integral part of the sound.

If such a person exists, I will know that hell has frozen over. biggrin.gif
