Hi, my name is Joe and I'm want to start a Van Halen tribute band with me being the guitarist of course. I'm 23 and I've been playing the guitar for ten years. I'm very big on Van Halen and his style of playing as well as other artists such as Yngwie Malmsteen. I know how to make the guitar scream and I'm serious about starting a VH tribute band with a female singer. It'll be more Sammy era then Dave but Dave era songs will be included. You don't see many VH tribute bands out there and I want make a dent in the LI music scene. We're also going to work on our own originals but I want to have fun with a little VH first.
The thing is I want to do a VH tribute band with a female voacalist because it hasn't been done before. She must have a strong voice and must be very good looking too. No drugs please except for the occasional smoke up if neccesary!!!
