If this is still an open situation for you, I am currently in a wedding band, 16 years experience, not working as much as I'd like to. Am located in Brooklyn. Where are you located ? Please advise. fspd19@msn.com

Keyboard Player Wanted For mostly Corporate and some Weddings.
I am currently rebuilding my band and need a keyboardist.  No vocals required.

Must be able to play pop, popular rock (no punk or heavy metal),
disco, R&B, country as well as old standards, swing and latin.

Professional equipment required. Must
be able to play at a pro level and have the time to rehearse once
per week until the band is up and running which we do not expect to
take very long. Must have the time.

Must be willing to commit to one band. Do not wish to have to
work our gigs around someone's schedule of other musical projects.
Must have good work ethic and be a team player.

This is NOT a full-time band although some of us are
former full-time professionals.

We gig 2-3 times per month and rehearse in North Massapequa.

MUST LIVE ON LONG ISLAND.
PREFERABLY NASSAU OR SUFFOLK COUNTY.

Hi,

Are you still in need? The past couple of months, I have been immersed in child's college search and suppose I will have my life back after New Years....

I am a very dependable, whacky keyboard player, average chops, background vocals, good team player with great equipmenet (that I haven't totally figured out how to use). Work straight gig to support family but always did bands for the love of music...

Please let me know if you're still searching and exactly what kind of music you're doing, how many pieces you have in band ....etc....

I've seen this ad around. How can you ask for an exclusive commitment on the one hand, then say its not a full time band? Don't ask people to give everything else up to be at your beck and call unless its going to be a full scheduled money making project.
