Hey the name of the band is Poetic Tragedy, some of you might of heard of us. We were featured a bunch of time as the top 5 in our genre for song plays out of thousands of bands on a site called www.numberonemusic.com, which we only signed up for last week with a basic account. We beat Thom Yorke and Hawthorne Heights for song plays because this site doesn't censor your song plays like sites like myspace and purevolume. Our Style is like The White Stripes, Jet, Franz Ferdinand, and the Strokes meets Black Sabbath. We are looking for a dedicated and serious drummer between the ages of 21-29, and who is willing to go on tour with us between june and december '07. For the tour in June we have an intesive PR campaign going on that is going to get us some serious press, in such magazines as AP magazine, Hit Parader, and such newspapers as the Boston Pheonix, Chicago Herald, The New York Times, and the Village Voice. They are also going to get us some TV appearences on CW and possibly some late night shows. This will generate some serious interest in people coming down to our shows, and already inform the existing fans. This is a very serious postition to fill and we are looking for a permenanat drummer, because by the end of the tour we are all going to have some good money after the tour.
