I am involved with a start up band seeking a pianist, bassist, and drummer.  Our goal is to play locally in Nassau. we meet every Tuesday wih a mentor.  Let me know if tou are interested

Hi Tom,

I'm a bass player in a working rock/blues band here on Long Island, and we're looking for a keyboard player - but your ad also says you're a guitar player?  - if you play both, great.  We already have a couple of guitar players and could use the variety.

We do classic rock/blues covers - but NOT the standard mix, and we are far from a tribute band, as we also do many originals - over two dozen, and have six tracks on itunes and the other music sources right now.

Check out our website, and you will see we're a fun bunch of guys, easy to get along with, each with normal jobs as well, and we're definitely from what I call the Woodstock/Fillmore generation.  

We generally rehearse in Huntington, and have had gigs recently in Manhasset, Oyster Bay, Ft. Salonga, Sayville, and Patchogue.

Hello,
I am a drummer / percussionist that also has many years of experience. My Main styles are jazz rock. I know all the standards & their rhythms & enjoy writing words (if given the opportunity) & complimenting ballets w-my playing.

 

I utilize jazz sticks, brushes, reeds & my hands when performing. If I need to be loud I am usually microphone & brought through the PA

I'm in my fifties play guitar and sing. I have a home studio for rehearsals. I'm into country right now but like all kinds of music, with the exception of rap and heavy metal .
