Female vocals needed for working cover band

Hi Joe,

I know this was posted a while ago but I just started looking for another band and found this site.  I tried to go to the website listed at the end of your post but it was not valid.

Are you still looking for a female singer?

Darlene

Hi There Joe

I just spotted this site. First time I have been on here.  I have been thinking for a while to get back into singing recently and would love to chat with you.  I tried to get to your setlist but the site doesn't seem to be working.  If you can please send me an email LGray721@optonline.net  I would love to take a look at it and see if its up my alley. :)  I like what you had to say about first off "no headcases"  Thats great!  Also I am really looking for a band that is Very relaxed comfortable and getting along is a bonus! I hope to hear from you soon.

Lisa

We are a working cover band booked through November 2012, and still going ,for 2 gigs a month. This is an open position and not replacing anyone. Our female vocalist is no longer with us and we are looking to fill the spot as soon as the right singer comes along.

We are looking for a female vocalist to share the song load and harmonies with our existing male vocalist. We have now 2 guitars bass drums and male vocals. We want someone with a diverse taste in music, everyone contributes to the set lists. Someone who is comfortable and professional being a front person.

We play rock from the 60's through today. No Metal no screaming no disco. Extremely diverse set list.

No holier than though attitudes or headcases.... we aren't. Very relaxed comfortable atmosphere at rehearsals, yes we all get along with each other. This is truly a democratic band, and yes it works!

We all take our music seriously and have lives outside the band. We all do our homework and expect the same so that rehearsals are just that... rehearsing to put it all together

We rehearse weekly usually on Wednesday nights in SW Suffolk. Al pro gear and our own PA.

If you're interested contact me and I will direct you to our website and song list as well as shows that are lined up and then we can talk about what 2013 has in store for us.
