Improv group looking for guitarist. We are a long standing group for over 25 yrs. playing/performing a wide variety of improvised music (classic jazz, free improv, Bop, Pop interpretations etc.). Reading charts is a definite, but you DO NOT have to be an ace reader-- simply "good enough." Positive and supportive (no jazz police) group environment. Rehearse typically Sunday evenings(Nassau Co.) but open to other days if schules permit.
